The project Stavian Industrial Park Ba Ria – Vung Tau (Cu Bi industrial pakr) is located at Cu Bi commune, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
The planned industrial land is located in Cu Bi commune, about 47km south of Ba Ria – Vung Tau city, and about 71km west of Ho Chi Minh City (about 18km northwest of Long Thanh International Airport).
The project is about 28.5km from the seaport cluster connecting to Thi Vai port to the southwest.

Project location advantage
According to the construction planning of Chau Duc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, the research area in subdivision 4 is oriented: Rural development, linking the district center with urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City and Long Thanh Airport; population development, high-tech agriculture.
Regarding traffic, the study area is about 10km west of National Highway 56 and the planning boundary is adjacent to provincial road 21.
Transportation advantages connecting the regions
In the construction planning of Chau Duc district, the planning area has adjacent traffic routes including National Highway 51C (new expected), provincial road 21 (Long Thanh, Cu Be, Xa Bang) and district road 29.
In addition, the surrounding area is also connected to important traffic routes such as roads connecting the North-South axis such as Ring road 4 (regional connection), TL996, TL997 and roads connecting the East-West axis such as TL991, TL992.
